Eligible for Refund

  • Service not initiated within 30 days of payment
  • Duplicate payment made for the same service
  • Service significantly different from what was agreed upon
  • Technical issues preventing service delivery on our end
  • Cancellation within 24 hours of booking (for eligible services)

Non-Refundable

  • Custom software development once work has commenced
  • Completed and delivered services that meet specifications
  • Domain registration and hosting renewals
  • Third-party service fees (APIs, cloud services, etc.)
  • Services where deliverables have been accessed or downloaded
  • Consultations and meetings already conducted
