  • Custom software developed for clients remains our property until full payment

Service Delivery

  • We strive to deliver all services as described and within agreed timelines
  • Project scopes and deliverables will be defined in separate service agreements
  • Changes to project scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments
  • We maintain the right to subcontract work to qualified third parties

Limitation of Liability

  • Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service operation

Prohibited Activities

  • Attempting to interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
  • Using automated systems to access our services without permission
  • Engaging in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our services
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services
  • Using our services to transmit any malicious code or harmful content

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hooghly, West Bengal, India.
